This is a release of liability and a waiver of certain legal rights. This Agreement governs your use of VSA facilities and participation in all VSA-related activities, including batting cage use, hitting, pitching, and defensive training, memberships, lessons, camps, clinics, and affiliated league play.

I understand that by signing I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue VSA for injuries resulting from negligence, and I intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
